Requirements
Instructions
The applicant must complete the application form for program admission, and all accompanying documentation, in English. Before acceptance can be given, all questions on the forms must be answered and all the following additional documents must be received:
q Academic transcripts (for Bachelor’s degree and last school attended – original copy)
q Application fee of PHP 500 for Filipinos; US $35 for foreigners
q Two recent (2”x 2”) pictures to be attached to the application form.
q Three completed confidential reference forms (See attached forms)
q Letter(s) from supporting institutions or persons providing financial support (See attached form)
q An English proficiency score of 550 & essay band of 4 on the TOEFL or its equivalent
(213 & essay band of 4 on the TOEFL computer-based).
Note: foreign students for whom English is a second language must take the TOEFL at the country of origin
q Biographical information and personal statement of purpose & faith (See attached form)
q A completed medical form with a chest x-ray result (See attached form)
q For applicants to the Christian Counseling program: NEO-PIR exam and interview
q For Foreign students: photocopy of passport
The AGS Admissions Committee will send the notification of acceptance.
